Checkout is a request

The form records the parts, quantities, delivery details and agreement. A successful reference means we received that request. It does not debit an account, collect a card number or connect to a wallet. We contact you to confirm fit requirements, availability and the payable amount before asking for funds. A submitted machine name alone does not complete the fit review.

How to pay

Bank transfer is the accepted method after direct written confirmation. Instructions are supplied privately; no bank account details are published in checkout. Verify an unexpected change using our published telephone number. We never need a bank login, one-time code or remote access to accept payment. Do not send a transfer merely because you reached the thank-you page.

Amount and timing

Prices and delivery charges are in USD and include applicable sales tax. No additional tax is added at checkout. Your request itemizes merchandise and delivery. Any correction or changed selection is explained and agreed before a different amount becomes payable.

Arrange for the agreed amount to arrive within 5 calendar days of written confirmation. Use the reference to identify the payment. An unpaid request may close after 5 days; ask for reconfirmation before paying late. A transfer screenshot does not establish cleared funds. Preparation begins after the fit requirements and payment are confirmed.

Delivery clock

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes are outside this offer. Delivery is $18.95 per order, free when merchandise totals $250 or more. After fit requirements, availability and payment are confirmed, preparation takes 1–2 business days and transit normally takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days total. Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays count as business days.

An availability change is explained before payment. You may decline an alternative. We do not charge silently for a different tooth construction or filter mounting.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

An unpaid request can be cancelled with its reference. Contact us before dispatch for a paid cancellation; an accepted pre-dispatch cancellation is refunded in full within 7 business days of approval. After dispatch, the Returns Policy applies, including its 7-business-day refund schedule after returned goods arrive. Refunds go by verified bank transfer to the original payer. Do not pay another fee to unlock a refund.

Questions about a payment

If the amount or instructions differ from what was agreed, stop and contact us directly. Include the reference and a description, not your password or full bank statement. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Unresolved payment concerns can be escalated under the Service Policy, and applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
