Change-of-mind window

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. A discretionary return must be unused, uninstalled, clean and complete. You may measure and visually inspect the part without altering it. Striking a tooth onto an adapter, torque-marking a fastener, fitting a filter to an oil-wet housing or running fluid through it goes beyond ordinary inspection. Preserve clean protective packaging where possible. A genuine defect is assessed separately from a change of mind.

Request and send

Email the reference, SKU, quantity and reason. We provide return authorization and a prepaid postal or courier label. Send within 14 calendar days of authorization to 10178 Adams St, Thornton, CO 80229, US. Protect sharp edges and keep filter media clean and dry. Keep the carrier receipt. We do not offer walk-in returns or authorize the shipment of hazardous waste, used oil or leaking components. Ask before returning any part that may be contaminated.

Disclosed charges

The change-of-mind return label costs $18.95, deducted from your refund. Restocking costs $0. Original standard outward delivery is not refunded on a discretionary return. An order that qualified for free outward shipping is not retrospectively charged for that shipment. A partial return is calculated using the paid item price and the disclosed return label charge only.

Incorrect or defective parts

If we sent an incorrect item or you find a defect, stop before installation and describe the issue with photographs if practical. Do not grind, weld or modify a tooth to make it fit, or test a questionable filter in a working circuit. We assess the facts and agree replacement or refund. Confirmed supply errors and defects have a free return label; an entirely incorrect or defective order also receives its original standard delivery charge back.

Inspection and refund

We communicate inspection results within 3 business days of receipt and initiate an agreed refund within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds are by verified bank transfer to the original payer, not compulsory store credit. The bank may require additional processing time. Installed or contaminated goods are excluded from discretionary returns, not automatically from genuine defect remedies. No personalized parts are listed. Sale goods retain these terms; a specifically disclosed cosmetic flaw is not an undisclosed defect.
